How to use your Rafikis locals card:

Benefits of being a Rafikis Locals card Member:
• Every time you visit and buy from Rafikis, you earn points which will accumulate and may be redeemed later.
• To celebrate you birthday, we will give you a bunch of free bonus points. This can be spent any day during the month of your birthday.
How to collect your points:
• On arrival, tell the waiter or bartender that you are Locals card member.
• Hand in your card when paying your bill.
• Your waiter or bartender will swipe your card through the point of sale.
• You will then receive a printed receipt verifying your transaction.
How to redeem your points:
• After 7 days of having collected your points, they are yours to spend.
• Hand your card to the waiter or bartender when paying your bill and let them know the number of points that you want to spend agairst that particular transaction.
• A statement of all your transactions & your balance (number of points) can be obtained on our website at rafikis.co.za as well as at Rafikis.
• Your points on a specific transaction will only reflect on our system after 3 days.
Terms & Conditions:
• Rafikis reserves the right to change the benefits, terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
• At our discretion, we reserve the right to terminate membership without prior notice.
• The points are only valid to the holder of the card.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• This card or membership is not transferable.
• Points & benefits apply when ordering take-aways from the venue, just bring in your card.
• Your birthday voucher can be redeemed once during the month of your birthday.
• Points can be accumulated from 1 January through to 31 December of each year and may be redeemed at any time during this period. If not redeemed, points will expire on 28 February two years later ie: Points expiring on 28 February 2010 = points accumulated in 2008.
• A fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost card.
• Benefits, collection and redemption of points are only valid on presentation of the card.
